Terms & Conditions

Prices
Published prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery or installation. Gardensheds, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice, prior to order confirmation. Custom price quotations are valid for thirty (30) days and subject to change thereafter.

Payment Terms
All orders require a 50% deposit, with balance due prior to completion and delivery. Acceptable forms of payment include bank check, e-check, and credit card. Payment can be done via our website using Authorize.net on our secure server.

Because we do not have storage facilities it is important that product ship as scheduled. If payment in full is not received within two weeks of the specified shipping date, payment may be considered delinquent and subject to late fee/service charges. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18.5%) per year or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, shall be added on any invoice which is not paid within thirty (30) days from date of scheduled delivery.

Orders
All orders must be completed using our order form. Orders shall be considered accepted by Gardensheds only after issuance of our written confirmation. All orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified herein. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the order confirmation to verify its correctness.

Custom Orders
A significant part of our business is custom. We are happy to accommodate your custom design requests. Custom orders require a retainer deposit of $250 that is credited to your project order total cost. To assist in the design process we ask you to provide us with photographs, sketches and description. After an initial consultation and review we will provide you with a drawing. We allow for one subsequent review to make any necessary changes. Any changes thereafter would be subject to additional design fee.

Change Orders
Gardensheds will try its best, but is not required to accept any subsequent requested change after issuance of order confirmation. We make every effort to work with our customers. Please understand, however, that change orders may not be possible to implement once construction has commenced, or, if possible, there would be an additional charge to implement requested change.

Cancellations
Because each order is produced to customer specifications, orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced. If order has not yet commenced order may be cancelled only with our written consent. A cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order total may be charged.

Delivery
All delivery dates are approximate. It is expressly understood between customer and Gardensheds that delivery dates are subject to change due to delay of sources of supply, transportation difficulties, accidents, fires, weather, acts of God, of any other causes of like or unlike nature beyond the control of Gardensheds.

Freight/Installation
We use a dedicated and experienced, independent carrier for transport and installation of your building. Smaller products may ship via common carrier, UPS, or FED EX. Gardensheds is not responsible for damage or loss suffered in transit or storage. All Gardenshed products are meticulously inspected prior to shipment from our production facility. At time of delivery, customer should note any visible damage directly to carrier in writing. We make every effort to work with you and shipper to remedy any problem.

Storage
If customer can not accept delivery with 30 days of specified shipping date, Gardensheds reserves the right to transfer the building to storage. Transfer to storage and storage will be at the customer’s expense and Gardensheds may deem such transfer as delivery for all purposes including invoice payment. A transfer will be added to the invoice of all orders that must be transferred to storage.

Returns
All Gardenshed products are custom manufactured to customer specifications. Therefore no merchandise can be returned for credit or refund.

Warranty
Gardenshed products are manufactured in accordance with the highest standards of design and craftsmanship, and are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of delivery, under normal use and conditions for which the product was designed. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse. Customer is responsible for suggested maintenance. Because we work with many natural and artisan materials, please understand that this warranty does not extend to normal and accepted variations in color, grain, texture. The foregoing shall constitute Gardensheds sole warranty.

Designs
All products shown in Gardensheds website are, and remain, the exclusive property of Gardensheds. Gardensheds products are original, copyrighted designs and may not be reproduced with written permission from Gardensheds. All dimensions and product descriptions are considered approximate. Gardensheds reserves the right to make changes in price, dimensions, design and/or construction without prior written notice.
