All orders require a 50% deposit, with balance due prior to delivery. Shipping and delivery is additional and payable C.O.D to ZST Shipping.
Two weeks prior to completion of your order we will notify you via e-mail (or standard postal delivery if preferred) with the amount of your balance. Payment is required before we can schedule a final delivery date. We typically invoice for the balance of your order prior to paint/stain finish application so as not to delay your scheduled delivery date. Scheduled delivery will depend upon timely receipt of your payment.
For customer who request, we’re happy to provide you with a photo of your building/product with your final invoice.
