With its oversize 9' out swing carriage-style doors, this building is perfect to house an antique automobile, a tractor, motorcycle collection, snow mobile, ATV, golf cart, bikes, or general equipment. A storage loft with ladder provides further storage space. With the addition of more windows the building also functions well as a workshop/studio for a cabinetmaker, metalsmith, ceramicist, painter or photographer. A choice of three distinct carriage door patterns are available which can be placed at one or both ends of the building. The ribbed tin roof is offered in a dozen colors. We ship our fully assembled and finished Chesapeake Carriage Studio® to 48 States, ready to use the day of delivery.

Our buildings are fully assembled and finished to your specifications. We deliver to 48 States. Prices range from $90-$125 sq. ft. depending on building model, size, window/door selection, finish, and option selections. We have ability to customize including alternate roofing, siding and flooring materials. Lead-time varies depending on time of year, but generally fall within 5-8 weeks.
