Over the years we've had numerous requests from boating aficionados seeking a quality boathouse. We listened and are pleased to introduce the newest addition to our Gardensheds Collection™. Whether you have a shell, canoe, small outrigger, or Laser sailboat, our Chesapeake Boathouse® is the perfect storage facility to house your boat and equipment. An optional pulley system can hoist the boat into the underside of the roof. Choose from a selection of three distinct carriage door patterns. Like many of our designs, the function of a building is principally defined by the user. Thus, the boathouse can also be effectively used as a studio/workshop. A variety of building sizes are available to suit your space requirements.

Our buildings are fully assembled and finished to your specifications. We deliver to 48 States. Prices range from $90-$125 sq. ft. depending on building model, size, window/door selection, finish, and option selections. We have ability to customize including alternate roofing, siding and flooring materials. Lead-time varies depending on time of year, but generally fall within 5-8 weeks.
