We’re offering a limited subscription of 250 tickets at $100 each from which we will randomly select one ticket to be the recipient of our acclaimed Williamsburg Classic Gardenshed™ [or credit to be applied toward any building of your choice in our portfolio]. The building will be fully constructed as shown and painted per the winner’s color choice.
Williamsburg Classic Gardenshed™
Size: 9’-6 x 9’-6
Features: Poplar framing, cypress siding, Western red cedar roof shakes, two solid 9-lite mahogany windows with copper drip caps, double arch chevron doors with handforged hardware, 5/4 cypress floor with hand-cut rosehead nails, loft/ladder, functional vented dovecote cupola, fully insulated building underside with vapor barrier and 2-color exterior paint of your selection. Property access is required for delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to have a suitable foundation pad in place prior to scheduled delivery. Because the building measures less than 100 square feet it typically does not require building permit, although we recommend that you check with your local town to confirm. Delivery and installation, up to 300 miles, is included. Mileage beyond this radius will be charged $4.00/mile.

Want a different building than our Williamsburg Classic? Don’t delay your purchase decision! You can still take advantage of our Charity Shed Program. If you possess the winning ticket we’ll credit or refund up to $10,000 toward the cost of your building purchase, applicable toward any Gardenshed™ model in our portfolio. This offer is valid toward the purchase of a building for period Jan 1, 2013—September 1, 2013. Buildings that have been purchased but not yet delivered are eligible for participation. Prior building purchases that have been delivered are not eligible for refund credit.
Terms & Conditions
Strictly limited to 250. No restriction on number of tickets an individual may purchase. Tickets sold on first-come basis. Each ticket order sold will receive email confirmation and payment receipt. Winning ticket to be selected on September 1, 2013, or 30 days after sale of ticket #250, whichever dates come first. Winning recipient to be notified by email and will be announced on our website, blog and Facebook® link. A minimum of 150 tickets must be sold for raffle to occur. If we sell less than this amount all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If subscription is oversubscribed we will consider having a second auction, subject to the same terms and conditions.

We’re especially pleased to partner with the Animal Welfare Institute (AWI) based in Washington D.C., to be the designated recipient of net sale proceeds from our Charity Shed raffle. The Animal Welfare Institute is a registered 501(c)3 organization and has the highest 4-star rating from Charity Navigator with 95.3% of funding dedicated to program expenses.
